Process to create employee identity card in organization using ID Card Designing Software

Step 1: Install DRPU ID Card Maker Software on your Windows PC or Laptop for designing own style identity cards.

Step 2: Run ID Card Design Software that provides different options to create Identity Card including ‘Start with Template’, ‘Start By Using Wizard’ and ‘Open With Existing Label Format’. For demonstration purpose we have shown you process to design ID card using ‘Start By Using Wizard’ option.

Step 3: Fill card information, adjust card size and choose card shape as per requirement and click on Next button.

Step 4: Fill Card Background using Solid Color, Gradient, Fill Style or Image setting. You can apply card border using different color, width and style. Click on ‘Create Card’ option. You can also create Identity card using ‘Fill User Profile’ option.

Step 5: Here you can change background color and image using Card Properties as shown.

Step 6: Go to drawing tools and select rectangle object to add on ID card and use its properties as shown.

Step 7: Add user detail on ID card by using text object and its properties.

Step 8: Click on ‘Browse Image’ option from drawing tools to add user Photo. Select employee image from system location and click on Open button.

Step 9: Here you can see inserted photograph. Click on photo to drag and drop on card. Use Picture Properties to select image, select source and image border setting.

Step 10: You can add Signature of employee on ID card as shown.

Step 11: After completing ID card designing process, click on Print option for printing designed employee ID card.

Step 12: Adjust print setting as per required manner and give print command. You can see preview of Identity card before printing process.

Step 13: Now trim printed ID cards according to card dimension using hand paper cutter, paper cutter or scissor and put identity card in lamination pouch for laminating using lamination machine. Punch hole in ID card using different punching machines. Now ID card is ready to use.
